Michelle was born in Port Neches, Texas along with 4 younger sisters, who currently live in Texas. She grew up in a Christian home, and always wanted her children to have a firm foundation in Christian Education. After prayerful consideration the Needham’s selected YCA to begin Taylor’s 1st years of school last year. This is Taylor’s 2nd year at YCA and Michelle has been very involved in multiple volunteer opportunities. Her love for YCA is evident by her willingness to see something that needs attention and finding a way to get it done.
Her hobbies include; scrapbooking, shopping, exercising, decorating, and reading house plan magazines. Her most treasured moments are spending time with her family and friends. She considers prayer a vital necessity in her daily life. She is also involved in her church community by participating in the Children’s Ministry as well as heading up an Outreach Ministry for Expecting Families. She is passionate about helping others find their strengths and talents and encouraging them to use them according to God’s Will in their lives. She is also equally passionate about assisting the teachers and staff at YCA in any capacity she can, to make the school a family where the parents and students feel loved, accepted and nurtured through Christ’s Teachings.
