Breanne has lived in Corpus Christi all of her life, except for two years while attending  the University of Texas at San Antonio, and then moving back to finish her Bachelors of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at A&M Kingsville. At A&M she had the opportunity to spend numerous hours for three semesters in a pre-k, kindergarten, and third grade classroom at various schools. She then did her student teaching in a first and second grade class in Calallen. After graduating in December 2009 she tested for and acquired her Texas Teaching Certificate in early childhood education for pre-k through fourth grade.

Breanne lives on the outside of town with her husband Nathan, Lucy their terrier mix, Kimber their German shepherd puppy, two horses, and several chickens. She has coached competitive level gymnastics for six years and prior to that taught swim lessons for five years.  Her passion has always been working with and teaching children and she always knew this would lead her to be a teacher one day. She believes her eleven years of coaching experience is a tremendous asset in helping her transition into this new role. Coaching is something Breanne enjoys doing and she feels very fortunate and is thankful to be able to do what she loves professionally.
